The hardwood floors are carried throughout the entire house with the exception of the bathrooms and laundry. The oversized laundry room flanks the kitchen as does the first of the 3 bedroom en suites. The 3 bathrooms have been remodeled with the finest tiles, fixtures and Carrera marble. There is also a powder room.
