The bungalow park 'La Perla di Sicilia' is only a few meters from the sandy beach away. The local centre, with shopping facilities and restaurants, is on foot attainable in few minutes. The freestanding bungalows in the park are surrounded by a beautiful countryside. It is completely furnished and generally include two separate bedrooms, living-/dining room with kitchen, shower and toilet, as well as air conditioning and heating (on request and against charge). Every bungalow has a roofed terrace and a free of charge parking place.

The shore of the place forms a large bay with its golden yellow sand and is surrounded from numerous dunes. Marina di Modica offers the ideal holiday for families and older people but too with the young public in July and august, one provides for numerous conversation.

In Ihrem kleinen Bungalow Park hat es uns sehr gut gefallen. Der Bungalow war sehr gepflegt und komfortabel eingerichtet. Die mediterrane Gartenanlage mit großen und kleinen Palmen, ließ eine erholsame Urlaubsstimmung aufkommen.(Ehepaar Kerres, Aachen) ...außer dem Meer, Sizilien und 'La Perla di Sicilia' fehlt uns eigentlich fast gar nichts. Nochmals vielen Dank für die schönen drei Wochen, uns bleibt es nur zu schwärmen. (Familie Platz, Marxdorf) *** Die direkte Nähe zum wunderschönen Sandstrand, war für uns als Familie mit Kleinkindern ideal. Im schön angelegten Garten konnten sich die Kinder so richtig austoben. Somit konnten auch wir den Urlaub so richtig genießen. Grazie di tutto! (Familie Wolf, Nürnberg) *** Wir wollten uns nochmals ganz herzlich für Ihre Gastfreundschaft und ständige Hilfsbereitschaft bedanken. Die Ruhe hat uns wirklich sehr gut getan. Im Jahr 2001 machten wir einen Ausflug nach Marina di Modica. Wir suchten vergeblich nach einer Unterkunft,alles war ausgebucht,wie es üblich im August ist. Durch Einheimische hatten wir einen Tipp bekommen,probiert es beim Giorgio in "La Perla di Sicilia". Wir gingen diesen Tipp nach,aber alle Bungalow`s waren vermietet.Wir durften uns die Anlage anschauen und es war dem Namen gerecht "Die Perle von Sizilien". Somit war auch schon der Sommerurlaub 2002 gebucht. Seit dem freuen wir uns jedes Jahr auf unserem Strandurlaub in Marina di Modica,und der URLAUB 2010 ist auch schon bereits gebucht.
Man öffnet das kleine Törchen von der Anlage,und gleich um die Ecke befindet sich der täglich gesäuberte Strand mit seine Zwei Strandbars.
Giorgio,Gabriella,Daniel & Eleonora pflegen nicht nur die Anlage,sie ermöglichen in ihrer GASTFREUNDLICHE ART jeden Gast einen schönen und erholsamen Aufenthalt.

für unseren familienurlaub war dieser bungalow bestens geeignet. die kleine anlage ist sehr gut gepflegt, die einrichtung der haeuser ist zweckmaessig und die vermieter sind sehr nett, hilfsbereit und deutschsprachig.
die direkte naehe zum meer ist nicht zu topen. der flach abfallende und weitlaeufige sandstrand ist fuer wasserratten und burgenbauer ideal.
als ausgangspunkt für ausfluege in die umliegenden staedte und sehenswürdigkeiten eignet sich der ort ebenfalls sehr gut.
wir haben marina di modica ende august, anfang sept. als ruhiges und nettes staedtchen kennen gelernt. baecker, metzger und kleine supermaerkte sind zu fuss in wenigen minuten erreichbar.
wir haben in marina di modica all das gefunden, was wir uns für unseren Urlaub gewuenscht haben.

Die Angaben waren sehr korrekt und genau.

Es war sehr sauber und gepflegt und wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt.

Ja wir wurden gut vorbereitet und man hat uns gut betreut.

Ja reisten auf Empfelung und können auch nur weiter empfehlen.

Sehr zu empfehlen sind, das traumhafte Meer und die günstigen Restaurants.

Hatten einen schönen Urlaub unter Palmen, traumhaftes Wetter und herrlich blaues Meer.

Lieber Giorgio, lieber Daniel, vielen Dank für die großartige Zeit, die wir in Eurer wunderschön angelegten Bungalowanlage in unserem schönen Bungalow Nr 10 verbringen durften. Wir haben uns bei Euch sehr wohl gefühlt und uns sehr gut erholt. Wir haben in Eurer toll - angelegten, sehr gepflegten und kinderfreundlichen Anlage 3 Wochen verbringen dürfen. Die Gestaltung der Anlage sowie die Nähe zum flach abfallenden Meer und weiten Sandstrand sowie die unmittelbare Nähe zum Ortszentrum sind ideal für den Urlaub mit Kindern......Nochmals vielen Dank für eure Gastfreundschaft,
