Beautiful Gulfront condo located in Beso Del Sol a totally upgraded complex finished in 2009 overlooking Caladesi Island rated #1 beach in the country. There are two heated pools and a jacuzzi. A Tiki bar just opened May 09 and a restaurant to follow. There is a free boat dock and a separate fishing pier. The condo is one of the only units with a handicap access bathroom. It has a large bedroom with private balcony and the handicap bathroom. The living area is efficiency style with a large pullout bed. The kitchen has granite counter tops, sink, refrigerator, stove top, and microwave. It also has a second balcony with bistro table for morning coffee or sunset cocktails. Cable TV is supplied. Two TVs DVD and CD player. It is on the 3rd floor beside elevator and laundry room. Parking is free.

Dunedin has something for everyone; it is Florida as it should be. It is the winter home of the Toronto Blue Jay baseball team. It is surrounded by beautiful beaches walking and biking trails. It has a marina where you can charter a fishing trip or buy fresh fish. It has a large artist community and numerous art festivals each year. It has excellent restaurants to meet all tastes and late night entertainment in a safe environment. It even has its own brewery, The Dunedin Brewery. Classic movies are shown free of charge in downtown Pioneer park on Fridays, Oct through April. Bring your own chair. It is a short drive to Clearwater beach, Tarpon Springs, Honeymoon and Caledisi Islands. It feels like you are away from it all but if you want it's only a stones throw away.
