You'll love this neighborhood and this apartment. The apartment is within walking distance from the natural beauty of Prospect Park where you can enjoy the Zoo and free summer concerts. You will also enjoy many exciting exhibitions at The Brooklyn Museum. The Brooklyn Botanic Garden and Grand Army Plaza Library are also local attractions. You are also minutes away from Manhattan's Soho, the Village and Union Square via a range of subway lines; G, Q, ,W, #2 and #3 trains are 30 seconds walk away from the apartment. Lovely Prospect Heights also offers great shopping, hip restaurants, cafes and bars. The apartment is facing the back garden which allows privacy, peace and quite. TV/DVD, new microwave, pots/pans/dishes/drinking glasses and fine dining utensils, linen and towles are provided. GREAT PLACE TO STAY!

Great place to stay!

I stayed for one week and had a great experiance. The apartment was clean and spacious - lots of natural light - the neighborhood is only a few blocks from the park on a beautiful tree lined street. The price was really reasonable and Martha was a pleasure to deal with. I would definitely stay there again next time I am in town.

My Mother and me really enjoyed the trip.
I´d like the style of the apartment, the extra room, the view out of the window and that it is really quiet, you cant hear the busy flatbushstreet. The neighbourhood is clean, save an offers a lot of shops and restaurants and in front of the buildung starts the Subway which is perfekt for a trip to Manhattan.

Comfortable apartment, great location

I stayed a full week in this apartment and really liked it. It's full of mirrors which helps the place feel bright and spacious. The bedroom is small but comfortable. There's also a comfy sofa bed in the living room. Despite being in an active and fun neighborhood, the apartment is quiet. Make sure you're okay with stairs if you stay here because it's on the 4th floor.

The neighborhood is fantastic -- full of cafes and restaurants, a few short blocks to the shopping and bars on 5th ave, and a short stroll to Prospect Park. The subway (Q) is literally a 30 second walk from the front door with easy connections to Manhattan. There's a nice little cafe right around the corner that has gourmet sandwiches and free wireless.

Clean, simple, and very comfortable

Charming typical brooklyn apt, with fresh fruit and new linens and a very comfy bed. A simple place, but clean: it's a 4th floor walk-up in an older building with a window AC, but it stayed very comfortable during our July visit. Martha was perfect - even saved us a street parking place on our arrival, and put us at ease immediately. Would stay there again - great location, walking distance from the park, museums and the zoo - with a great natural foods grocery nearby. Perfect if you are travelling with a child :-)
