This 3 bedroom home is located within the highly-rated Great Outdoors Golf and RV Resort. The resort offers numerous amenities: Par-71 Golf Course, Stocked Fishing Lakes, 4 Tennis Courts, 2 Heated Swimming Pools, Health Club: Sauna, Bathhouse, Exercise Room and Clubhouse with Pro Shop, Restaurant, Lounge. The home is beautifully furnished with a master suite, en suite bath and two additional bedrooms and 2 additional full baths. The home backs onto a wildlife preserve and has a neighboring home on just one side providing a high degree of privacy. Titusville has a number of gorgeous beaches which are part of the Canaveral National Seashore. Cocoa Beach is only a 20 minute drive, Disney World about 50 minutes.

Check in and out will be with an authorized representative of the owners. In the event check out is not completed with an authorized representative, the renter will be responsible for any damage or missing items that the authorized representative determines after a home inspection, within 48 hours of departure. Unfortunately there have been recent incidents of damage and linens missing which require us to take this extra step.
