Photos and Description of this Benidorm holiday house

The rental apartment is 162 m² in size and has 3 bathrooms, a complete kitchen, a large glassed terrace, a sitting room, satellite TV, a washing machine and valuable furniture. Bedding is included and is new. All appliances are available. The apartment was renovated in 2002 and has marble-heating and telephone. All the bathrooms were renovated in Nov. 02. We have a single garage for your car for rent. This apartment is directly at the beach (only 10 m). From our terrace, you have a beautiful view of the beach, the sea and Benidorm. The bus station to Benidorm is 50 m away. Here it is very quiet. Nearby you find the Carrefour shopping center with food and all other things. As it is 3 km distant, it is better to have a car. You can hire a car for a few days for shopping. You really have to visit Terra Mitica Park, it is also 3 km from Casa Blanca. There are many interesting things for your children. Please arrange a whole day for this visit and make a one-day trip in the mountains.

La Cala/Benidorm lies directly by the beach of Poniente Bay. There are neither high-rises nor any industry. There is a bus stop in front of the door. The beach is fine and sandy with shallow water at the first 80 meters. From our house, a promenade leads to Benidorm. In the night it is illuminated and you can walk this way to Benidorm town. There, in Levante - Beach, you find many dancing bars, discos and shops. After dancing and shopping you drive back to La Cala by bus or taxi. Now you can see how quiet it is in La Cala. Nothing is noisy and you can sleep very well.

Additional information about rental rates

  • Prices are valid for 4 people. Each additional person: plus 10 % from November to April. From 4 months upwards: 900 €, from 5 months upwards: 870 €. Surcharges: final cleaning: 105 €, for 4 persons, each person more 10 % up for each, air-conditioning in all Bed Rooms and Salon , the cost for electric in summer is by the lodger . Electricity: 0.18 € per kilowatt hour, gas cylinder and electric is not included in the winter time. Separate electricity between pays. Small animals allowed: 15 € per month. With one animal the price for the end cleaning is 30 € higher during the renting period. Garage: 6 € per day. The bed linen, tea towels, towels are liable to pay the cost, per person, set and each changing 12 €. During Nov. till April the bedding is included, so the price for the final cleaning is 125 € for 4 persons, each person more 10 % up. The contract must be back within 7 days after signing. The payment must be done within 14 days with 40 % of the rent.
  • For long term rentals (monthly bookings) from April to October, there is a 15 % discount. By lettings less than one week, you have to pay the day price with 130 €. The arrival should not be before 6 p.m., the departure have to be till 10 a.m. Other arrangements are available with the owner. Hint: If the lodger doesn’t pay 4 weeks after signing the contract, the owner can dispose of this apartment. The lodger is liable to pay the full rent to the owner. If you book during November till April each year, you have to pay the full month price, when you will rent for the cheap price. Otherwise the rent is to pay for the daily price.
  • Our apartment is at the Poniente beach, this is the west side. Benidorm is protected and covered by a colossal mountain range, collectively known as the Sierra de Aitanna. This acts as a fabulous weather barrier, pushing storms inland or back out to sea. The average mild annual temperature of 21 ° makes it a popular and active resort that operates 24 hours a day, 365 days a year. There is certainly something for everyone, from every social class, age group and cultural background. Theme Park, Terra Natura Animal Park , Aqualandia Water Park , Mundamar Dolphin Park , the Bullring . Benidorm Palace International Variety Show and a Casino. The island of Benidorm is definitely worth a visit .Go just over a mile out to sea on a sub-aqua boat where the underwater sea life is visible. There is a café on the island for refreshments and it is a natural haven for peacocks, hens and very rare Mediterranean yellow-legged gull,.very interesting for all you 'twitches'!

Notes: We allow pets in our flat, but you must inform the owner before you rent. Please be quiet at night during your stay. Just try to put yourself in the place of someone who is disturbed by noise at night. The furnishings are very new, please treat them with care. Our apartment has marble heating. It is the best for your health. The thermostat is prepared for 20°. Please leave it like this during your holiday time in the winter months. In the garden, we offer you a little BBQ. Please ask Mrs. Theurich, if you want to use the chairs. Now I wish you and your family beautiful holidays in my apartment. Benidorm offers you since 2006 a new 18 Whole-Golfplace. Here you find dancing locations, bars, discos as well as many shops for shopping and sight seeing. Afterwards you can drive back to La Cala and enjoy the silence. You like to do sports in the morning? No problem. Go to the Elche park and keep yourself fit - for free. You like diving? You can learn it. We have a diving school behind the Hotel Delphin. Every day the school makes an excursion to the island.

Surroundings II: Benidorm takes its name from the Arabic of 'Bendahrim',being named after the family who initially colonised the cities of Valencia in the north and Alicante in the south , it is in the province of Valencia , in the region known as ' La Costa Blanca ' and based on the administrative capital of Marina Baixa . Central Benidorm, which is often referred to as 'the old town' and is where Benidorm originally started when it was a small fishing village. Benidorm had an interesting start back in 1953; thus going on to create the second most visited tourist destination in the world.

Ski: Here at the Costa Blanca we have no snow. In the mountains there is sometimes a little snow but not really enough. In December, January, February and March you can go to Granada. Please book your hotel before in one of the travel agencies in Benidorm. Then you can enjoy the snow for 7 or 14 days - as long as you still have money.

Golf: Nearby we have the following golf areas: 1.) San Juan - 35 k, 2.) Alicante 55 km, 3.) Altea Hills 15 km, 4.) Oliva 60 km. Oliva is a new court which was opened in 2003 (18 holes).

Wir möchten uns nicht selber loben, können aber auf viele zufriedene Gäste zurück blicken. Eine Vielzahl sehen wir jedes Jahr wieder als Stammgäste. Dafür geben wir uns Mühe, denn der Gast soll sich wohl fühlen, dann empfiehlt er uns auch weiter. Eines können wir Ihnen versichern. Buchen Sie eines unserer Apartments, werden Sie es immer sehr sauber vorfinden. Sauberkeit ist für uns Werbung in eigener Sache und zahlte sich bisher auch aus. Es mag dem einen oder anderen Interessenten manchmal die Endreinigung zu teuer erscheinen, aber wer ein sauberes Zuhause hat, liebt es auch so im Urlaub. Wir haben drei deutsche Frauen beschäftigt und die nehmen es mit dem Putzen sehr genau. Bedenken Sie auch die Größe der Wohnung und die vielen Fensterscheiben.

Geräumige Wohnung in allerbester Strandlage

In dieser geräumigen, gut ausgestatteten Wohnung haben wir uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Es war sehr ruhig in der kleinen Anlage (6 Wohnungen), die sich in erster Strandlage befindet. Der total freie Ausblick auf die Bucht und das Meer können nicht schöner sein, ein einmaliger Genuß beim Frühstück auf der verglasten Terrasse! Schon allein diese erstklassige Lage macht die Wohnung außerordentlich attraktiv für einen gelungenen Ferienaufenthalt. Zu erwähnen sind noch die wunderschön geschnitzten Türen!

Wunderschöne Wohnung mit super Ausstattung, die keine Wünsche offen läßt. Sehr sauber und gepflegt, so dass man sich wie zu Hause fühlt (nur ist hier der Ausblick schöner)!. Die Lage direkt am Strand ist unbezahlbar. Hervorragende Abwicklung bei der Buchung und der Ankunft. Wir können nur das Beste berichten, deshalb fahren wir auch gerne jedes Jahr wieder hin.
