2136 sq. ft. condo in the quiet, gated community of Sunrise East. This is a single story unit with double attached garage, so it feels as though you are in a home, not a condo. The unit is furnished comfortably and has everything you need. Two bedrooms contain King beds and ensuites. The third bedroom and courtyard were converted to a large den with queen sofa bed, games table, computer desk and third bath. For unexpected guests there are two roll away cots available as well. For entertaining, the dining room seats eight and adjoins the large living room with gas fireplace and wet bar or dine al fresco on the patio and watch the sun set over the San Jacinto mountains. There are three tennis courts directly across the street. Swimming pools and spas are right outside your door (6 in total in complex). You can walk or bike to local shopping centers, such as the new Smoketree
