The vacation home has been newly furnished and modernized. It adds over 2 big terraces with awning. Even in winter, the penthouse has sun during the whole day starting at noon. The beach is only about 400 meters away. All the rooms have air-conditioning. We have a washing machine, digital SAT TV and a parking place for your car in an underground car park. On the terrace you will find a little barbecue.

Additional information about rental rates

  • Electricity not included during November till April (0.18 € / kWh). The final cleaning costs 60 €. Small animals allowed: The cost is 15 € per month . With one animal the price for the final cleaning is 30 € higher. We let this Penthouse only weekly, if you like to rent under one week, the cost is 80 € daily. If you book a whole month (from the first till 30/31) we make a reduction of 15 % of the daily price from April till October. The cost for the bed linen / towels is 12 € per person / changing. The lodger has to pay for the electricity of air-conditioning in summer from Mai till the end of October. The contract must be back within 7 days. The payment must be done within 14 days after signing the contract with 40 % of the rent. If the lodger don't fill the terms of the contract, the tenant can cancel dismiss this contract. The lodger must full compensate for the damage.
  • Each year during the wintertime from November till March, we make for you a special price, if you book one month 740 €, two months 690 €, three months 650 € or 4 / 5 months 630 €. This cheap price is only for the whole monthly booking. Otherwise you must pay for the day price. At the departure day you should leave the apartment at 10 am, arrival not before 6 pm. Other arrangements are available with the owner. You find nearby many shopping centres and restaurants. There is also a racer kart lane, 3 km far.

Further details: Benidorm is one of the warmest places in Europe. The position at the Costa Blanca is lovely and the best of Spain. In Benidorm you find many attractions. First: Benidorm Palace with a greatful Night Show and diner before. Then is there the Terra Mitica Parque, 3 km far from our Penthouse . Besides you can make your visit in Mundomar Parque and Aqualandia with a big Delphine Show. All are very nice and greatful for your children. If you like the mountains, you can drive with your car to many destinations .There also a lot of restaurants with very good food and cheap prices. Guadelest is a good address for your visit, also the valley from Jalon.

Surroundings II: The island of Benidorm is definitely worth a visit. Go just over a mile out to sea on a sub-aqua boat where the underwater sea life is visible. There is a café on the island for refreshments and it is a natural haven for peacocks, hens and a very rare Mediterranean yellow-legged gull... very interesting for all you 'twitches'.

Leider beim Vertrag unterschreiben nicht aufgepasst, als Ort war Cala Finestrat angegeben, es war allerdings das gefürchtete Touristenmoloch Benidorm. Strand komplett überfüllt. Ballermann ist nichts dagegen. Wohnung ist allerdings sehr gut, mit allem ausgestattet. Wir haben das Appartment zum Schlafen genutzt, ansónsten nur Ausflüge gemacht mit dem Mietwagen. Garage sollte man mit buchen!!! Keine Parkgelegenheiten.
Als Spanienfan und der spanischen Sprache mächtig: Nicht zu empfehlen.
