If you require additional items to make your stay more comfortable and enjoyable, please feel free to call us and we will make every effort to accommodate your additional needs. There may be added charges to your requests, depending on what that specific need is.
When you decide to book, we will need a $250 deposit payable by check or Visa/Master Charge credit cards. Upon signing a standard 'renters contract' that is emailed to you, once you decide, the balance is due no later than half the time from when the deposit is made to the time of your arrival, or on a designated date that appears on the contract provided to you. In addition, upon your arrival, we will charge your credit card a $250 damage/security deposit that will either be credited back to your account, or voided completely from your monthly statement when you depart and we have had time to inspect the cabin within 24 hrs. We are 'reasonable' for cancellations, depending upon how close to arrival date you cancel.
Mini Puttt-Putt on Premises:
Our sub division for the cabin has a mini putt-putt golf for the whole family to enjoy. We will provide putters
for all if you so desire---please feel free to ask us.
There are local golf greens available for those that want to relax with a round of golf.
Nearby Gatlinburg has a ski lift and area available.

Gatlinburg has winter skiing facilities, about a 25 to 30 minute drive, new on the Ski Slopes for 2009 SNOW TUBING, it's a blast!!
The road to Gatlinburg is closest to traffic light #10 ---CONNER HEIGHTS ROAD---in Pigeon Forge on the parkway.
This traffic light entrance is another way to the cabin. It is a more 'level' road that leads to the 'Hidden Owl'
cabin versus traffic light #6---PINE MOUNTAIN ROAD---off the Pigeon Forge parkway entrace, which has more
of an adventurous incline up the mountain side to the cabin.

For those golfers there are 5 golf courses within 20 minutes of Stag's Leap to challenge even the best golfer. Call ahead during the busy seasons and book a tee time, don't miss out. Pigeon Forge and the surrounding area is getting as busy as Myrtle Beach for golfing. For the kids they can try their hand at the mini golf locations around town.
