Charming doesn't begin to describe this warm and wonderful Spanish retreat in the popular and desirable south end's Mesa. If you're looking for that authentic 1930's Spanish architecture inside and out with masonry walls and French windows, this is the one for you. The main house offers two comfortable bedrooms, 2 full baths, dramatic living room with beamed ceilings and wood burning fireplace, separate dining area, galley kitchen and central air. The back bungalow includes a living room, dining area, small kitchen, two bedroom each with their own baths, and central air The backyard is lush with a pool, mature palms, cabana and Spanish fountain. This property is fully fenced and gated for your privacy. The southern canyon is 1.5 miles from downtown Palm Springs and shields the area from wind gusts that can sometimes be more common in other areas of town. This private home offers get away from it all relaxation and only blocks to great restaurants and our own South End's Koffi.
