The 120 m2 luxury apartment is situated on the ground floor in a 2 floor building. With its 200 m2 garden it is located in an area which is protected by the 'fine arts'- just 2 minutes walk from a very beautiful beach. When you step out of the garden, at your left you see the Mediterranean sea. Casa Laetitia, which is very luminous, has been furnished with lots of love, trying to offer all desirable comfort, to make you feel being at home. The apartment is divided into 2 master bedrooms, 1 single bedroom, 2 bathrooms, a big living and dining room and a spacious kitchen which is very well equipped. In front of the house there is a covered terrace with a table where you can enjoy your meals.
