20 m from the sandy beach with a large fresh water swimming pool, we rent our villa for a large family or with your friends for up to 12 people. It is newly built in Spanish style and is located in a calm blind alley which is free of traffic. It’s the second last house before the beach, and its special location allows a view of the sea. You will be delighted with the above average furnishings and the pleasant surroundings which will contribute to a restful vacation. These include solid wood furniture in the living-dining area, a modern kitchen equipped with all necessary appliances, wide and comfortable beds with quality mattresses and beautiful bathrooms with double washing basins. In the outside area, it’s almost possible to jump directly into the pool from the terrace and plenty of deck chairs are provided for you to soak up the sun. The outside fireplaces allow a barbecue atmosphere. Separate space is provided on the balcony for sunbathing. Your car is safely parked on the grounds.

Felix and Max Beach Villa consist of two completely separate residential units that make up the double-house-villa. Villa Felix has a 6 person capacity and 3 double bedrooms, which are furnished with broad, comfortable beds (1,8 x 2 m), as well as large closets, some with 5 doors. The bathrooms have high-quality tiles and marble, some have double sinks and a guest WC. The kitchen is missing nothing. All necessary utensils, beautiful silverware and crockery are included. The living/dining room includes antique furniture and a modern leather set, as well as lamps, curtains and accessories; everything you’ll need to feel right at home. You can enjoy an intimate sunbath on the 2nd floor balcony. There is a grill built on the terrace, where you can enjoy cosy get-togethers. The pool is accessible from both sides, and deck chairs can be placed on the end or on the side. Access to the beach begins 3 m from the property’s border.

The town, which has all possible amenities, consists mainly of private villas. Long sandy beaches which slope gently into the sea alternate with intimate sandstone coves and coastal promenades. There are no high-rises near Villa Felix and Max, nor in the ‘La Riviera' urbanization. You’ll stay quietly, accompanied only by the sound of the waves. You can swim just a few meters away, either in the oceans saltwater or in the freshwater pool. You can enjoy typical Spanish food here in the neighbourhood, throughout the year at the 'La Riviera' restaurant. During the summer, you can shop at the supermarket next door, whether for fresh breakfast rolls, or for meat to barbeque. There’ll be no need to take the car. The pleasant climate and hilly landscape is ideal for outings and sporting activities.

  • 50,00 € final cleaning fee for a tidy house upon departure. Safe: 10,00 €. 300,00 € replacement fee if key is lost. 26,00 € / week for room heating. 80 kW/h of electricity and water are included in the rental price. Deposit: 300,00 € cash to be left with the caretaker.
  • Bedding and towels are to be brought by the tenant. Washing machines are available. Drying can be done on an outdoor clothesline. Bedding can be rented from the caretaker for 10,00 € a set. Towels are 3,00 € a set.
  • Airport pickup by the caretaker in Barcelona or Reus is available for a fee and upon prior notice to the caretaker.

Division: The ' villa Felix and Max ' consists of two adjecent, identically furnished, yet completely separate villa halves that can also be reserved separately. The large pool with an outside shower is accessible from both sides. There is a separate parking lot for each, which can accommodate 2 cars per villa half and all is closed off behind a natural stone wall.

Location: There are no overcrowded sand beaches and no skyscrapers in the 'La Riviera' district where the 'Villa Felix and Max ' is located. The large vacation centres are a couple of kilometres away. You will be living in a calm environment where you can hear the sound of the waves. You can bathe in the saltwater of the sea, which is only a few meters away and can be reached in your swimming gear with no need to take your car, or in the villa's own freshwater pool. Access to the beach begins 3 m from the property’s border.

so stellte ich mir immer unser Ferienvilla vor. Direkt am Meer, schöner Baustil, und super Einrichtung. Es fehlte wirklich nichts, die Ausstattung der Villa war weit über dem Durchschnitt und alles gut gepflegt. Meine Familie, Mann, 2 Kinder 11 und 14 fühlten sich außerordentlich wohl. Ich wollte nach 14 Tagen garnicht mehr zurück. Unsere Freunden wollen jetzt auch hin. Auch wir kommen zurück.
