Casa Sarah and Casa Letizia, a semi-detached house, is situated in a quiet area on a closed-in garden property of 900m². The distance to the beach is 200m and to the harbour it’s 800 m. You reach the property with its palm trees, acacias, fruit trees and cactus figs via a short private driveway that ends on the property. The house includes a parking space, an outdoor shower and a barbecue area. The two floors are connected with a spiral staircase. In the vicinity (100m) there are many possibilities to shop, but you will also find restaurants, pizzeria, bistro, bar, bakery and fish shops. Sardinia definitely offers the best in many ways: the sea is the cleanest und most beautiful of all easily accessible seas in Europe. The vast countryside is intact and surprisingly fascinating. The environment has hardly been disturbed by human intervention.

The seaport Castelsardo in the Gulf of Asinara is well known for its Old Town which is situated on a cliff. The Old Town is surrounded by a city wall with a Castle built by the Doria Family from Genoa. In the small alleys of the town which dates back to the middle ages, you have the opportunity to browse through the Arts and Craft shops and buy traditional souvenirs. You can also visit the town museum. Castelsardos geographical location is ideal for day trips. Porto Torres is 30 Km away. You can take the ferry from here to the Asinara Nature Reserve. 60 Km from Castelsardo you will find Sintino with its picturesque beach: La Spiaggia della Pelose. And Alghero is around 70 Km away, where you can visit the famous Neptune Caves. The Costa Smeralda with its beautiful bays and beaches, as well as its exclusive bars and restaurants are a one-hour car-drive away.
