Casa Sarah and Casa Letizia, a semi-detached house, is situated in a quiet area on a closed-in garden property of 900 m². The distance to the beach is 200 m and to the harbour it is 800 m. You reach the property with its palm trees, acacias, fruit trees and cactus figs via a short private driveway that ends on the property. The house includes a parking space, an outdoor shower and a barbecue area. The two floors are connected with a spiral staircase. In the vicinity (100 m) there are many possibilities to shop, but you will also find restaurants, pizzeria, bistro, bar, bakery and fish shops. Sardinia definitely offers the best in many ways: the sea is the cleanest und most beautiful of all easily accessible seas in Europe. The vast countryside is intact and surprisingly fascinating. The environment has hardly been disturbed by human intervention.

The seaport Castelsardo in the Gulf of Asinara is well known for its Old Town which is situated on a cliff. The Old Town is surrounded by a city wall with a Castle built by the Doria Family from Genoa. In the small alleys of the town which dates back to the middle ages, you have the opportunity to browse through the Arts and Craft shops and buy traditional souvenirs. You can also visit the town museum. Castelsardos geographical location is ideal for day trips. Porto Torres is 30 km away. You can take the ferry from here to the Asinara Nature Reserve. 60 km from Castelsardo you will find Sintino with its picturesque beach: La Spiaggia della Pelose. And Alghero is around 70 km away, where you can visit the famous Neptune Caves. The Costa Smeralda with its beautiful bays and beaches, as well as its exclusive bars and restaurants are a one-hour car-drive away.

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Casa Letizia. Spacious, Clean and reasonably equipped. The owners, who were staying at Casa Sarah at the time, were most helpful and friendly. The lovely beach was only a short walk away.

Wir haben alles so vorgefunden wie in der Beschreibung angegeben.
Die Wohnung ist einfach aber gemütlich eingerichtet.Vom Balkon in der oberen Etage hat man einen guten Blick aufs Meer mit fantastischen Sonnenuntergängen im August.Die Lage ist sehr ruhig und nahe bei einem schönen Strand, den man in wenigen Minuten zu Fuß erreichen kann. In der Nähe viele Einkaufsmöglichkeiten.Wir haben uns dort sehr wohlgefühlt. Ich werde die Wohnung gerne weiterempfehlen.

Schön zum entspannen

Ich war mit einer Freundin im Oktober 2008 in LuBagnu. Die Lage, das Haus und die Umgebung haben uns sehr gut gefallen. Das Haus war sauber und gepflegt, die Mietmodalitäten und die Schlüsselübergabe verliefen reibungslos. Im Erdgeschoß befindet sich eine Wohnküche mit Gasherd, mit direktem Durchgang zur Terasse, mit Blick auf den Garten. Hier kann man wunderbar bis in den späten Abend geschützt sitzen. Aus der Wohnküche führt eine recht enge Wendeltreppe in die erste Etage. Dort befinden sich 3 Schlafzimmer und ein Badezimmer. Vom größten Schlafzimmer führt eine Tür direkt auf eine Terrasse, von der man auch aufs Meer schauen und den Sonnenuntergang bewundern kann. In der Umgebung des Hauses befindet sich ein Supermarkt in Gehdistanz. Auch ein Restaurant befindet sich in der Nähe. Es finden sich noch einige andere Restaurants in LuBagnu. Ein kleiner Strand ist ca. 5 Gehminuten vom Haus entfernt. Auch Castelsardo hat einiges zu bieten. Wenn man ein bißchen die Insel erkunden möchte, sollte man sich ein Auto mieten. Insgesamt haben wir eine sehr erholsame Zeit verbracht und trotzdem noch viel von der Insel gesehen. Ich würde diese Ferienwohnung auf jeden Fall weiter empfehlen. Mit Sicherheit werde ich auch noch einmal wiederkommen.

Saubere, großzügige Wohnung über zwei Etagen!

Schon der Kontakt zum Vermieter war angenehm und unproblematisch. Die vereinbarte Schlüsselübergabe mit dem Verwalter im Restaurant vor Ort klappte einwandfrei.
Das Haus, in dem sich die Wohnung befindet liegt am Ende eines Weges, dadurch keinerlei Lärmbelästigung durch Verkehr.
Die Wohnung ist schlicht, aber völlig ausreichend möbliert, alles funktioniert (Gasleitung für den Herd unter der Spüle aufdrehen!)...
Die überdachte Terrasse ist ein Traum, auch bei über 30 Grad schattig und kühl. Alle deutschen Fernsehprogramme vorhanden!
Oben ein komplettes Bad mit Bidet (und Sitzbadewanne, keine Dusche) und unten nochmal Toilette und Waschbecken...
Nur ein direkter Nachbar in der Wohnung nebenan, ein toller durchgehend geöffneter Discounter-Supermarkt (sowas wie ALDI) 5 Minuten Fußweg entfernt, Fischladen, Fleischerei, Restaurant Sa Ferula und der Stand ca. 7 Minuten Fußweg! Ein toller Aufenthalt für Leute, die sich entspannen, lesen und ausschlafen wollen und für die, die wenig Action brauchen, denn die findet man in Lu Bagnu wirklich nicht und unsere Italienischkenntnisse waren gefordert. Wenn man das mag ist man hier richtig! Gute Busverbindungen in die umliegenden Orte sind vorhanden... ein schöner entspannender Aufenthalt! (Eine tolle Sängerin in direkter Nachbarschaft, die abends übt und wirklich gnadenlos schön singt...)
