Nestled on a quiet, family-oriented residential street, it is ideal for visitors, business travelers, families, or relocators. It has all the comforts of your own home and is located in the North West of Calgary, Alberta. Guests will find the convenience of easy access to #2 Highway ( Deerfoot Trail) and #1 Canada Highway, close to shopping Malls, Gym, restaurants, bus station, grocery stores and golf courses. This home, main level of a bungalow, features a high vaulted ceiling through out, total 1350 square feet, bright and open design with a sky light over the kitchen island, two bedrooms with two queen-size beds. It also includes two full-size private bathrooms each with a tub. Pull-out sofa bed converts to a queens size bed. Brand new deck over look the green space. Attached two car garage for you to use.
