This beautiful home is 5 min. from Universal Studios Hollywood, less than 10 min. from the heart of Hollywood, 5 min. from Hiking the Hollywood Hills, 15 min. to the Getty Museum and 30 min to Santa Monica Pier & beach. It’s about 45 min to Disneyland, 3.5 miles to Burbank Airport. The house is located on a beautiful upscale tree-lined residential street with easy access to the freeway. This tasteful, home is light, bright & peaceful. It has vaulted ceilings, French doors & a modern kitchen with granite counter tops. A large covered patio w/ gas BBQ & expansive back yard w/ large Jacuzzi are perfect for an outdoor dinner or quiet breakfast. There are two bedrooms w/ queen size beds & accommodations can be made for more. You have 3 TVs with premium channels & wireless Internet, everything you may need for a wonderful vacation in LA. Washer/dryer, refrigerator, microwave, oven/stove, toaster oven, coffee maker, blender etc. Iron and ironing board. Just bring your toothbrush & relax.

Wonderful holiday

We stayed in this house for 18 days.We were two families having 2 kids.First of all the location of the house is perfect.It is very easy to reach to most popular places in LA.The garden was perfect for the kids.The barbecue was easy to use,the jacuzzi was amazing.The bedrooms are big enough.One of them has its own bathroom.The kitchen was very big with lots of appliances.But the most important thing about the house is the owner and the neighbours.The owner helped us a lot about everything we needed.He was very helpful and friendly.The neighbours are also very friendly.The house itself totally reached all our expectations and more!We would definately recommend this house to anyone visiting LA .

The property was very well maintained and was very much the "Home from Home" with all the facilities you would expect. Paul was an excellent host, assisting us with local information to help plan our stay. The property is well positioned in that it is close to Universal Studios and a short drive from Hollywood. Local amenities are also good with a supermarket just a few minutes away and several good restaurants within a short drive. When we next holiday in LA I would be very happy to stay here again and have no reservations in recommending this property.

Great home away from home

My wife and I stayed here for 2 weeks. It was a working holiday for me and a much needed vacation for my wife. We had a wonderful stay - everything one would need to feel at home: the lovely furnishings, the quiet tree-lined street, the big backyard and large shaded patio. My wife loved the big kitchen and felt like a queen in the high plush bed, walk-in closet and well-appointed bathroom in the master bedroom. There is someone who stays in a guest house built on to the garage, but we never felt any intrusion into our privacy. The only regret was having to leave at the end of those 2 weeks! We'd happily recommend this vacation house to anyone coming to Los Angeles.

Great Birthday Stay

We stayed in this house to celebrate our daughters 16th birthday. It was absolutely perfect. The owner was great he gave good information for places to go the location was great. Close to freeway and only 5 min away from Universal Studio's. The kids enjoyed the hot tub and all the amenities of this home. The neighborhood is very quite so it made the whole vacation feel like home. The location is very convenient close to local grocery store, fast food, coffee and freeway as mentioned earlier. I would definately recommend. Owner is very personable, honest and trustworthy our deposit was refunded within 24hrs of our departure and he shows a great inspiration to ensure that you enjoy your stay. He has great knowledge of the area and can and will direct you to the most fun attractions in L.A. In closing A++++++++ experience and most definately a pleasure to have met and stayed in this owners home.
