This beach retreat is located on a barrier island adjacent to the Gulf Islands National Seashore which affords unspoiled nature at its best. The cottage is just across the street from the beach and the public beach access. The home is brand new with construction finishing June 6, 2009 furnished with all new furnishings. This 4-bedroom, 3 1/2 bath home has an open living room, dining room and kitchen combo with easily maintained granite counter tops and porcelain tiled floors, perfect for entertaining or just relaxing. Completing the first floor is a powder room, the master bedroom with a king size bed and a walk-in tiled shower and double vanity and a large rear deck for grilling, sunbathing, relaxing or entertaining. The upstairs has 3 bedrooms (2 queen beds and 2 twin beds) and 2 baths and an open loft for entertainment or for extra sleeping quarters (2 fold down futons). All the rooms have windows galore which take advantage of the awesome views over the dunes and ocean.

Great House, beautiful inside and out

This cottage has everything you need for a wonderful vacation. It is nicely furnished with comfortable beds and nice linens. The rooms are beautifully decorated and very spacious. Plenty of bathrooms. The upstairs has a living room that is perfect for kids or teens. It has two very comfortable futons, a large screen TV and DVD player. We stayed in and cooked most of the time and the kitchen was fully equipped with everything we needed. Great gas grill on the back deck. One of the best parts of this house is the front deck. We watched fireworks on the 4th. What a treat. Nice laundry room too. Just a short walk to the beach. Thank you for making our vacation such a memorial experience
