    Less than (1) month = $250 deposit will hold your reservation. On arrival the $250 deposit becomes your security deposit.

    Visa/Mastercard/Discovery accepted for payment of security deposit only.

    Holiday Weekly Rates = $795.00 per week. Holidays include Christmas, Biketober Fest, Race Weeks, 4th of July, Easter, Bike Week, and New Years.
  • Cancellations Policy as Follows:

    (1 to 3) weeks = 30 Days written notice
    (1) Month = 60 Days written notice
    (2) Months = 90 Days written notice
    (3) months or more = 120 Days written notice

    Winter cancellations must be made in writing 120 days prior to the confirmed arrival date or the Full Deposit will be forfeited. In the event of a cancellation with proper notice, the deposit will be refunded less $50.00 administrative/cancellation fee.

    Rental balances are due upon arrival. For stays of two or more months, prior arrangements may be made to pay on a monthly basis.
