With brand new carpeting, paint, furniture and fully equipped kitchen – this is your Treasure Island home away from home! Our gorgeous condominium offers many surprising extras and special touches around every corner. Located on beautiful Gulf Boulevard, this unit is located within Westwinds Properties. Westwinds is nestled between the beach and Intercoastal waterway…surrounded by restaurants, shopping, golf and of course the beach, there’s something for everyone at Westwinds, Treasure Island!

Looking for more than just the beautiful beaches of Treasure Island? Westwinds is located just blocks away from the famous John's Pass which has great restaurants, shops, beach bars, beach activities, fishing, boating and golf. One block (within walking distance) from us is a Publix grocery store, and minutes away is a large shopping mall with movie theaters. and major department stores. Busch Gardens, Tampa Aquarium and Lowry Zoo are approximately 30 minutes away and Disney World, Universal Studios are 90 minutes away. For the sports fan, Tropicana Field, Raymond James Stadium and the Ice Palace are just minutes away.

Our newly designed and renovated spacious unit includes every amenity to make your stay relaxing. The brand new beds provide extra comfort and quality, and feature comfortable pillows, sheets and bedding. While there are quite a few restaurants around, when you stay at at our property, you won’t have to eat out every meal. Our kitchen is ideal for even modest chefs to prepare gourmet fare. The kitchen features granite counter tops, new appliances and is loaded with all the necessities to prepare a full meal - pots and pans, spatulas, a can opener, dishes, cutlery, coffeemaker, toaster, microwave and more. Relax in the family room, including a brand new comfortable sofa and two chairs in room, plus a flat screen TV! The master bedroom has a king-sized bed, with adjoining bathroom, and the second bedroom has two twin-sized beds.

Located just 35 minutes west of Tampa on the Gulf of Mexico between St Pete Beach and Madeira Beach, Treasure Island Florida is in the middle of everything. Not to mention the many restaurants that offer fresh seafood, outdoor dining, and some of the best beach sunsets in Florida. You will also find an abundance of waterfront nightlife in Treasure Island FL. Many of the bars on the beach have a variety of island-style entertainment including Frisbee, volleyball and live music. If you choose, you can also shop at the local grocery store less than a half a mile away so that you have the basic necessities on hand! Not only will you find some of the best beach restaurants, beach nightlife, and fine dining but you will find there are many things to do in Treasure Island Florida. Enjoy a walk along the Treasure Island Beach Trail, take a boating or fishing charter out to sea, or watch one of the most beautiful sunsets in Florida from the beach.

If you choose, you can even fish off the dock on the back of the property, just bring your fishing pole!

This condo is absolutely gorgeous!!! It is truly just renovated - very tastefully decorated with impressive top grade features. Our room was very large and exceptionally clean - even exceeded my expectations. We cooked a full meal in the full kitchen (everything we needed was there). The manager on site was extremely helpful, friendly and responded quickly to all of our needs. There is a beautiful few of the bay from the room and it has easy beach access. The pool is right on the bay and there is a fishing dock. Publix, Walgreen's and many restaurants are very close by. We stayed here for my daughter's birthday and had the very best time!!! Will definitely stay again.
