This marvelous Mid-Century modern home has been completely remodeled from the ground up with all new kitchen, two bathrooms, remote controlled salt water pool with waterfall and jacuzzi/hot tub. The house is furnished in a retro-modern decor with high ceilings in the living room and kitchen, light wood floors throughout and all the modern appliances and conveniences that would be expected in a well appointed Palm Springs getaway. This home is located in a quiet, friendly, family neighborhood close to Demuth park and all the shopping, dining and recreation that Palm Springs is famous for. The home sleeps six with a King Master bedroom including private bath, and two Queen Bedrooms -- making it a perfect fit for a family or up to three couples. The master has its own TV/DVD, with a 42' HDTV [HBO/Showtime] in the living room. The kitchen is complete, including microwave, dishwasher, ice maker, coffee maker, cookware, dishes and seating for six at the dining table.

Located in Palm Springs, in the sunny, wind free area south of the airport. We are close to DeMuth park and Knott's Soak City water park. Airport noise is slight and very infrequent because most of the air traffic comes in and out of the North end. The downtown area is 1.5 miles straight down Ramon Rd.

We went to Palm Springs for the first time and stayed at Desi's Pad, it was everything we had hoped for and more!! the location is excellent, very clean and the owners are great to deal with!! along with the property manager also. The whole process was so easy and simple. We would highly recommend this place, we absolutely loved it, we wouldn't want to stay anywhere else in Palm Springs!!! thank you so much for a nice relaxing stay with our family.

Desi's Desert Pad is a cool turquoise jewel in the desert. Beautifully furnished in retro decor with all the conveniences and amenities you could need, fully appointed kitchen with pantry items, both pool and indoor towels, extremely comfortable beds, movies, etc. There is also a local property manager available to assist with any issues.
We were concerned about to closeness to the airport, but we haven't been disturbed by any excess noise. Troubles float away between the pool and the hot tub as the sun goes down.

Perfectly located just close enough and far enough from downtown. A short distance from Joshua Tree Wilderness. It's great to hike the desert, then come back and float in the pool.

Private and secure with fantastic feng shui, and the hot tub jets are massageriffic!

Each time we leave, we leave relaxed and happy, looking forward to our return...
