Miromar Lakes Beach & Golf Club is a residential waterfront resort community with over 700 acres of contiguous aquamarine freshwater lakes, three miles of private, white sandy beach, and a 39,000 square foot, award-winning Beach Club. Enjoy in-lake swimming, boating, sailing, water-skiing and fishing. The Blue Water Beach Grill features contemporary fare in an open-air setting with panoramic lake and beach views. The European-style Spa encompasses a full-service beauty salon and a state-of-the-art Fitness Center with a Pilates Studio and Aerobics Room. The Beach Clubhouse offers gourmet evening dining indoors or under the stars with seating for 250 people, an indoor/outdoor lounge with wine room, a library, billiard room, card room, 50-seat theater and business center. Your Home Away From Home: The living room is set up for conversation or for viewing the flat screen TV and listening to music. Open the floor to ceiling lanai doors to extend the living room and feel the warm breeze. The fully equipped eat-in kitchen has granite counter tops with an additional overhung countertop with 3 bar chairs providing a spacious and open layout into the living room. The adjacent dining room is elegant and comfortable.

There is a cozy den with sofa bed and flat screen TV. The Master Bedroom is spacious with king size bed, TV, large walk-in closet, additional closet, and attached Master Bathroom with 2 separate sink areas, Jacuzzi tub and separate shower. From the main hallway, you enter into a separate area where there is a guest bathroom with tub/shower and adjacent guest bedroom with queen size bed. There is a laundry room with washer, dryer and sink. The villa has Wireless Internet. While the Garage is Not Available to tenants (private owner storage only), there is off street parking in the driveway of the villa, also extra spaces on street just in front of villa as well. There is an extra large storage closet off the front foyer hallway.

Surrounding Area: Enjoy visiting Naples, Marco Island, Bonita Springs and Fort Myers, all within easy drive. Just outside the Miromar Lakes Beach Club gates 1/2 mile away are new restaurants, 16 screen movie theatre, Miromar Outlet Mall, International Design Center. Red Sox Spring Training in Fort Myers about 20 minute drive away! Easy Access to I-75 and Southwest International Airport (Fort Myers) is less than 10 minute drive. Spend your winter out of the cold!
