If you are interested in exploring the charm of Old San Juan and thinking of renting a very well kept property ready to move in - then this is the rental for you. The two story colonial house with roof top deck overlooking the ocean is now available for short term rentals and for sale. This home has an interior patio, two terraces, two and a half bathrooms, two bedrooms and a mezzanine for a third room or office space with A/C. The house gets a beautiful interior light through the brand new skylight installed not long ago. The house is freshly painted, clean, and ready to move in with all utilities connected, includes all furniture and appliances. Located near the historic fort San Cristobal, in a quiet residential part of Old San Juan. The house is not recommended for families with children under 12 years, since it has spiral stair cases connecting the different levels of the house. If you are planning to stay with children over 12 years please inform us.

My wife and I, and out 2 grown children, stayed here in Aug '09. This is a beautiful house in a quiet neighborhood within walking distance of everything. Renting a house is the only way to go -- meeting our salsa band neighbors (and going to hear them), grocery shopping in the neighborhood stores, and eating in the local restaurants made for a memorable vacation. Annett and her staff are great to work with and we just can't say enough good things about this experience. And, the warmth and hospitality of the people of Puerto Rico is something that you'll not soon forget.

Tarpon fishing, beautiful beaches (including the municipal ones that are sheltered by breakwaters near the fort), snorkeling (it pays to drive out to the east coast for the catamaran day-trip), and the rain forest are enough to keep you busy when you’re not exploring the unique shops. Best bet is to start your trip at the Tourist Center (near the piers) – they’re a great help.

We can't wait to go back!
