Completely remodeled in 2005, our 1,425 sq. ft. Cascade Village condo features two bedrooms / two baths and is a great mountain escape, with a full kitchen, wood fireplace, two private decks and amazing views. The condominium is fully furnished and offers all the comforts of home. The master bathroom includes a Jacuzzi tub with amazing views of the Needles Mountain Range in addition to a shower and double sinks. Southwestern decor, hardwood floors, open living plan, and comfortable furnishings and linens all contribute to its warm atmosphere. On-site amenities at Cascade Village include an indoor pool, sauna, tennis court, fitness center and outdoor hot tubs. The Condo is located at 8,700 feet elevation. Less than 2 miles north of Purgatory (Durango Mountain Resort) Ski Area and 25 miles south to Durango.
