Come to play at our new waterfront condo completely remodeled with new tile floors, granite & stainless steel appliances! Located right next to the neighborhood country club, feet away from the many pools provided in the great April Sound resort. All of the amenities are included in your stay. Swimming pools, tennis, restaurant, snack bar, bar, marina, gym & twilight golf (small guest fee applies). This condo is over 1500 square feet, plenty of room to spread out and play games. One Master Bedroom with Queen bed & TV, full bathroom. Two bedrooms upstairs- one with a Queen sized bed, and one with 2 sets of Double/double bunks. (double bed on bottom, double bed on top) Shared full bathroom in between. This condo has a large living area with tall ceilings. Solid wall of windows with pool & lake view. Very Comfy.

Lauri,
The owner of this vacation property made sure that our family had information on all available amenities of the community. Additionally, she helped us secure a temporary slip in one of the local marinas, which greatly aided us during our visit.
The condo itself was clean & modern offering cable TV & Internet, board games & DVD's for use by all visitors. The community location is very convenient for "day trips to Houston".
My family thoroughly enjoyed our visit and have alredy spoken about a "early spring" return to Lake Conroe.
