Brand new coastal home available in downtown village of historic St. Marys, Georgia. A one-of-a-kind home. Two master suites have private decks and two additional bedrooms share a deck with private views to downtown and St. Marys River. 1500sf of deck to enjoy the sunrises, sunsets and the night lights of Amelia Island to the southeast. Very private and quaint, one can walk to downtown St. Marys and rent bikes, explore, eat in our great local restaurants (Riverside, Jays' Pub, Riverside Cafe, Lucky Dawgs, etc), visit Cindy at Seagles, or just relax in Gillman Park on the waterfront. This is the only new (2009) 4 bedroom, 3.5 bath available for short term rent, perfect for a romantic couple(s) get away or a family vacation. Also, if you're building in the area, searching for a spot for a second home, or simply a snowbird wanting the 'quiet village life of St. Marys', the 'Creek House' is perfect.
