Immaculately maintained classic cape in ideal location. Steps from Edgartown village, Bend-in-the-Road Beach, and bike path. 3 extremely comfortable bedrooms with additional sleeping area in den. (1 queen bed, 2 twins, 1 twin and crib, and queen sleeper sofa) Large kitchen opening to lovely rear farmer's porch and private backyard. Very spacious living room and dining room--perfect for entertaining family and friends! Decorated in relaxed Pottery Barn style. Includes all of the amenities: Weber grill, WiFi, DVD player, Bose, washer/dryer, dishwasher.

We had a fantastic week at this beautiful house, well cared for home. It was so comfortable and perfect for our 2 young girls. Sarah is wonderful and was so easy to work with. Thank you!

We stayed at this Edgartown rental in September 2009. The house is perfect for families. We traveled with our 18M old and having a crib/booster/safety gate was wonderful. The house is very nicely decorated and is very clean. There were some nice touches like fresh hyndrangeas, bose radio, beach chairs, outdoor shower, etc. The house is a very short walk to the Stop and Shop and Sharkys in Edgartown (about 3-4 mins - maybe). And Sarah was very friendly, helpful and responsive throughout the rental process. We were very pleased with the house and would love to go back if we're ever in Martha's Vineyard again! I've already recommended the house to friends.
Recommended for:  Tourists without a Car, Families with Young Children
