Lovely 3 Bedroom home on a quiet street in the Wianno area of Osterville. The house is bright, clean and newly painted with large living room, cable DVR TV, Internet, full bath with tub, hardwood floors throughout, master bedroom with king bed, second bedroom with queen bed, and third bedroom with one double bed and one twin bed. Full size stocked kitchen with dishes, glasses, utensils, pots and pans. Appliances include: full-size refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker, toaster oven, blender and washer/dryer. All towels and linens are supplied. Backyard has a patio with patio set for 6 and a gas grill. The house is only a short distance to family friendly Dowses Beach and the quaint village of Osterville, offering boutiques, specialty shops, gourmet deli, cafes, restaurants, library, churches, post office, banks, tennis courts and convenience stores. Vehicle Beach Parking Pass included for access to all 13 Barnstable town beaches, both fresh and salt water.
