The holiday village 'Eden Village' is located in a calm place, directly by the sea at a shallow cliff. The vacation apartment is surrounded by opulent vegetation. The apartment has a small living room with a kitchen, two separate bedrooms, and a bathroom with a shower, a toilet and a terrace with a fantastic view of the sea. The golden yellow sandy beach declining shallowly into the sea can be reached in few minutes by foot. Parking possibilities on site are also available.

The vacations house 'Casa Nica' in the park 'Eden Village' itself is located in a calm place, directly by the sea at a flat ledge. The romantic house is all separate and is surrounded by opulent vegetation. The vacation house has a nice living room, one separate bedroom (on inqiury we can place two additional beds at your disposal) , a kitchen, a bathroom with a shower and a toilet and a large and wonderful terrace. The golden yellow sandy beach declining flatly into the sea is attainable in few minutes on foot. Parking possibilities on site are also available.

The shore of the place forms a large bay with its golden yellow sand and is surrounded from numerous dunes. Marina di Modica offers the ideal holiday for families and older people but there is also a lot of entertainment and many activities for the young public in July and August.

Unser Urlaub auf Sizilien war einzigartig. Der Ausblick aus der Mansardenwohnung direkt auf das Meer war fantastisch. Schade dass der Urlaub schon wieder vorbei ist (Ehepaar Riedl, Bremen). Wir buchen die Mansardenwohnung nun zum 9. Mal und immer wieder beeindrucken uns die direkte Nähe und der Ausblick auf das Meer und die Gartenanlage aufs Neue. Ein Urlaub ohne diese Ferienwohnung, können wir uns schon gar nicht mehr vorstellen (Familie Krumscheid, Neuwied)...bereits vom ersten Moment an haben meine Familie und ich die Ferienwohnung sowie deren Besitzer in unser Herz geschlossen (Familie Hahn, München). Der toll angelegte Garten und auch die Mansarde haben uns sehr gut gefallen. Ein Erlebnis war fuer uns die sizilianische Weinlese, zusammen mit dem älteren Ehepaar Matilde und Giorgio und deren Enkel, nur schade das wir den Wein noch nicht Kosten durften (Ehepaar Hunfeld, Düsseldorf)...nochmals vielen Dank für die frischen Brötchen und dem Kaffee jeden Morgen...'Signora Matilde'

Ein wunerschöner, kleiner Bungalow, direkt am Meer in einem wunderschönen, gepflegten Garten. Schöner kann man nicht Urlaub machen. Wellenrauschen zum Einschlafen und Aufwachen, ein kleines Paradies. Wertvolle Tipps von den Vermietern, frische Brötchen die gebracht werden, hier hat alles gepasst. Gute Restaurants, viel Kultur und Geschichte, tolle Wanderungen und Ausflüge. Marina di Modica ist ideal als Ausgangspunkt für alle Sehenswürdigkeiten.

Wir fahren dieses Jahr das 8. Mal nach Marina di Modica. Uns gefällt die Anlage Eden Village besonders wegen der Ruhe, dem herrlich gepflegten Garten und dem nahen Meer, in welches man auch dort, allerdings mit Badeschuhen, gehen kann. Ansonsten kann man die herrlich langen, feinen Sandstrände mit dem flach abfallenden Meer geniessen, wo man manchmal auf 1 km Länge ganz allein ist. Zum Ausspannen das Richtige! Gastfreundschaft wird in Sizilien groß geschrieben und die Besitzer tun alles, dass man sich wohl fühlt. Giorgio und Daniel wir freuen uns auf unseren Urlaub und das Wiedersehen im Juni!
