Dorado holiday house

I regret to say that the description of this property is misleading. While the bedrooms are exactly as pictured and were nice and clean, there were other important discriptions that were not accurate.

The description says there is airconditioning. There is some, but is not enough. Only the bedrooms have units. There is no air in the living area or in the bathrooms. The unit in the the master bedroom did not really cool, and the bathroooms were unbearable with heat.

The deck and ocean view you assume is yours from the pictures is not yours. You can view the ocean from the bathroom window and a little from the kitchen. There is no window in the sitting area at all.

The deck that you see is not with your villa. It is the villa below. The deck is surrounded by glass from the other villa so that there is no privacy. To reach this deck you must go outside and around the other villa and down steps and then up to the deck where there is no privacy.

The villa was clean and had enough food to start the day until you could get to the grocery store.

I have traveled a lot, and stayed in a lot of places. I have never written a letter complaining of accomodations. This is a first and I regret to have to do it.

I would recommend this unit only if you can stand the heat and only if having no view and no deck does not matter to you. We were to stay four days. However, we were so miserable and disappointed, we left after the second night.
