Photos and Description of this Messanges holiday house 2 bedrooms, up to 6 persons

Though 'La Baïne' is located in the 'center' of Messanges, being the last property on a small dead end road its situation is very quiet. The fenced garden of 600 sqm borders on a little streams meadows. Facing nature the garden offers a lot of privacy. There are neighbours on only one side. The house has 90 sqm and is facing southwards with its terrace and French windows. All rooms are on the ground floor. Passing a small entrance hall, there is a 35 sqm combined living- and dining-room with an open fireplace, a fully-equipped kitchen, a bathroom with tub, the two double rooms, 12 sqm each, and a separate toilet. You will find an additional sofa-bed for two persons in the living-room. If necessary we have another folding bed as well. Linen are not provided. There is enough garden furniture and a barbecue at your use. The beach is at a comfortable distance of 1800 meters, even walkable or reachable by bicycle on the near cycle track.

Messanges is a small Landaisian village situated at one of the most beautiful beaches of Aquitaine. Surrounded by nature and its nearby lakes it offers a lot of potential for a pleasant and relaxing stay - if you would rather enjoy beach life or if you prefer to check out the rich offer on leisure time activities. In summer, twice per week a small market enlarges the variety of the local business conveniently.

Surfing: Messanges is a surfers beach in summertime. Especially in late summer and autumn the beach of Messanges and the neighbouring beaches offer very good surf-conditions. The nearby Hossegor is even said to be the best surf spot in Europe. The world's best surfers can be watched there by the end of August during the world championship. But even in Messanges you will be watching very good locals, when the conditions are well. In summer the local surf club rents surfboards and wetsuits on the beach and there are daily surf courses for children and adults.

Golf: There are two greens (18 and 9 holes) at Moliets, 3 km from Messanges. They are said to be one of the most famous golf courses in Europe, as they are right next to the ocean.

sauberes und gepflegtes Ferienhaus, Garage zum Trocknen von Handtüchern und als Abstellraum gut geeignet, ruhig gelegen, schöner Garten, Ortszentrum von Messanges zu Fuß sehr schnell erreichbar, zum Strand am besten mit Auto oder Fahrrad, sehr nette Vermieter

Das Haus 'La Baïne' ist ein gepflegtes und gut ausgestattetes Ferienhaus, welches vom in der Nähe wohnenden Besitzer instand gehalten wird. Es eignet sich gut für einen ruhigen und erholsamen Urlaub - auch mit kleinen Kindern. Im Ort findet sich eine austreichende Infrastruktur, in unmittelbarer Nähe (ca. 10 - 15 Minuten Autofahrt) gibt es viele Restaurants und Läden. Der Strand ist sicher zu Fuß oder per Fahrrad zu erreichen.
Recommended for:  Age 55+, Sightseeing, Families with Teenagers, Families with Young Children
Owner's Response: Wir sind froh über diese sehr positive Beschreibung im Bewertungstext, fragen uns in sofern allerdings , was nun an dem fünften Stern eigentlich fehlte.
Zu präzisieren gäbe es allenfalls , dass der nächste Ort (Vieux Bouceau) zum Shopping und für Restaurants 5 km entfernt ist, wenn man 15 minunten faehrt ist man bereits in Hossegor oder Capbreton ( 17 km), wo die Auswahl etwas grösser ist.
