Beautiful 2 bedroom villa/condo located in the main tower of Oceansixteen condo inside the Wyndham Rio Mar Beach Resort. The villa has a 24 foot balcony that faces: the ocean, clubhouse pool area and the 16th hole of one of the most popular golf courses in Puerto Rico. Fully equipped: kitchen, living room, dinning room, bedrooms, bathrooms and laundry. Flat screen TV's in all bedrooms and living room; central air conditioning. For an extra charge this villa can be upgraded into a 4 bedroom/5 bathroom apartment that fits up to 16 people when connected to the adjacent apartment. This upgrade options allows you to vacation together with friends and relatives while having your own private space. The upgrade option is a second apartment with its own kitchen, living area, 2 bedrooms and balcony. This is a brand new facility built in 2008.
