Beautiful two bedroom, two bath Florida decorated, furnished villa for rent all-year round. Both bedrooms have queen-sized beds with linens and color coordinated towels are provided. The dining room seats six and breakfast bar seats three. Kitchen is fully equipped. Windows and sliding doors allow plenty of light. Ceilings are volume (high) and the feeling is one of spaciousness (nearly 1200 square feet). Overlooking the private enclosed yard is a screened lanai with table and chairs. The washer and dryer are located in the one and a half car garage. Golf cart (full side curtains) is included for rentals of 30 days or more. Satellite TV (with DVD player), high speed internet (with WiFi) and a phone for local calls are provided. This Villa is located in the Sullivan Villas off St. Charles Place three blocks from Buena Vista Boulevard, one of two North/South traffic ways in the Villages. There is easy access to restaurants, shopping and services including medical offices and hospital

Four swimming pools and two village recreation centers are close by, the Allamanda Recreation Center (short walk), and the Hibiscus Recreation Center located in front of the Cane Garden Country Club. Cane Garden features a popular restaurant complete with pizza oven, a well equipped pro shop for the neighborhood golf fans, and 27 holes of challenging championship golf on the Jacaranda, Hibiscus, and Allamanda courses. We know you will find this home away from home very clean and comfortable. No Pets. No Smoking, Come see for yourself.
