This charming two bedroom home sits high on a hill just off one of the most beautiful beaches in Saint Augustine. Surrounded by conservation area, your privacy is guaranteed. Glass sliders providing plenty of light lead to a large wrap around deck looking out to the water for amazing ocean views. Open floor plan with kitchen, dining room, and living room allow easy gathering of friends and family. Large California King bed, two singles, and an extremely comfortable new pull out couch allows for sleeping of up to six people. Stack-able large washer and dryer for all the amenities of home.

Great location. House is on pilings that raise your view of ocean. Super clean with nice sized kitchen. Well worth the money, will be renting again.
