Cozy and cute and just one cottage back from your own private beach. Walk outside your door and down the sandy path (about 50 feet) to the beach. Cottage is set back and very private. Comes complete with outside enclosed shower (hot and cold water) and a beautiful outside deck. Has two bedrooms with a loft that has 2 twin beds and a pull out couch for the extra overnight, (unexpected) guests. The cottage also has a washer /dryer and window A/C.

At low tide you have sand bars that go on and on and you can walk and search for sand dollars and starfish. Have a cook fire on your private association beach. It is paradise. Words can not describe how beautiful and calming one feels when relaxing on East Sandwich beach.
