  • The 2 King bedrooms are en suite with their own bathrooms (1 with tub/shower, the other with a large steam shower) and have plenty of closets and storage. The other 2 bedrooms share a luxurious bathroom with a huge double shower. The powder room is downstairs. Upon request, a twin bed can be added to one of the master suites, allowing a child to sleep with his/her parents. All the bedrooms have at least 2 and sometimes 3 exposures enjoying great natural breezes. In addition, they all have ceiling fans: air conditioning is rarely necessary.

We have all the amenities of the Hamptons without the traffic and stress, especially in the summer: parking is never an issue. Fantastic OCEAN BEACHES are within 15 minutes drive: there you will find an endless stretch of beautiful sand and dunes. Parking is usually easily available and a snack-bar will help you and the children get through the day.

SHOPPING AND DINING: Shopping in our neighborhood is wonderful - fresh fish markets (excellent lobsters!), several garden fresh produce stands at affordable prices, and great super markets are all nearby. There are several excellent restaurants with fine dining without the “Hamptons attitude”: Also, you don’t have to reserve two weeks in advance! Finally, you probably will fall in love with our LOCAL SHOPPING EXTRAVAGANZA: Tanger Outlet Center, which is only 20 minutes away and features over 200 famous Designer shops at rock-bottom prices.

ACCESS AND TRANSPORTATION: We are 10 minutes from the train station to MANHATTAN and 1 hour from JFK AIRPORT (by car service-$70-100 one way, or 90 minutes by train, directly to all terminals approx. $20 per person one way).
