This brand new elegant beach property located in a peaceful, romantic area which is guarded comes with fully furnished, fully equipped kitchen, and is fully air conditioned, just 89 steps away from the beach. Also has marble floors and brand new furniture. Has huge swimming pool and jacuzzi located in a private backyard located in safe family, guarded neighborhood with private gated access. Sleeps minimum of 10 people however it can accommodate up to 16 people if wish to sleep on any of the 4 large couches. Has wireless internet, cable, and phone. Also has 4 televisions including a 32 inch big screen television in the family room. Also has Washer and Dryer. Finally is only 10 minutes away from all major shopping areas including Walmart, Sams, and a mall. This property is very well maintained and has extra water supply in case of any storm or water problem. Owner's most important goal is to make customer happy. We will do everything we can to make this vacation your best!!

Location: Humacao in Puerto Rico

Nearest Airport: 45 mins at 25 Miles
Nearest Ferry: Fajardo PR at 10 Miles
Nearest Motorway: Highway 52 at 2 Miles
Nearest Beach: beach at 1.0 Miles
Car: necessary
If you drive just 45 minutes you can visit the historic walled fortress city of Old San Juan, the tropical mountain El Yunque Rain forest, and the beautiful Surfing Luquillo Beach(La Pared) which is only a 40 minute drive. Also you can visit the El Faro Lighthouse Museum and Las Cabezas Nature Reserve (bio-luminescent mangrove lagoon). The port town of Fajardo, with it's boats can be hired for sailing/boating, snorkeling/scuba, fishing, and ferries to Culebra and Vieques Islands, which are 5 miles away. Be sure to go out sailing from Fajardo on the luxurious 50' yacht, drink& gourmet lunch included, to the small outer islands for great snorkeling. This part of the island has been visited by many tourists because it has one of the best coral reefs and water clarity in the World!!

We went for a week getaway and were impressed by the place. It is cozy yet stylish. We were able to walk to the private beach just down the street. The owner was very accommodating and friendly. We are definitely coming back.
