This luxurious villa on an 18-hole PGA championship golf course is situated in the Hilton International Beach and Golf Resort. The villa has colonial style architecture and furniture, 4 bedrooms, each with their own private baths, walk-in closets and balconies, a large living-room, a fully-equipped kitchen and laundry facilities, cabled television, a covered patio, a large swimming pool and jacuzzi and a golf course view. It is air-conditioned and has ceiling fan ventilation. There is a 2000 sqm lawn and garden and a car park. It is situated 300 meters away from the beach, golf club, bars and restaurants of the hotel. It takes only 15 minutes by car to International Airport Crown Point Tobago. Airport transfer is available. Representative is on the spot.

There are characteristic pot bunkers sunk into the greensides, such as on the 3rd hole, a Par 4 beauty that goes out onto the peninsula to enjoy panoramic views of the Atlantic Ocean. Artificial lakes and wetlands have been created among the many palm trees and mangroves to attract wild life. The Nicklaus designed golf course is considered as good as the Royal Westmoreland in Barbados or the Tryall course in Jamaica where the world Tournament is played. The Academy offers tailor-made golf teaching packages.
