This home is located directly on the Shenandoah River and backs up to the George Washington National Forest. It is located on ten acres and totally private, but just minutes away from many activities. The home was just completed and this is a new listing. When you are sitting on one of the three porches you will have a view of the mountains, river and meadows. One of the porches is located next to the two bedrooms and can be used as a sleeping porch. The home has three bedrooms and two fireplaces. The kitchen has a center Island and is quite large so there is plenty of room for cooking and entertaining. The house has a family room with a fireplace that is located next to the kitchen, a small library and another sitting room for relaxing and playing family games. There are three kayaks that can be used on the Shenandoah. Please come and enjoy this beautiful home and property.

There is plenty of great hiking through the meadows or you can hike just out back through the George Washington National Forest. The fishing is fantastic and you can also go mountain biking. Great home in a completely isolated location so beautifully quiet and the perfect retreat. Immaculate inside, kayaks provided and the river was perfect for cooling off. Highly recommended.
