Tarpon Run at Gulf Pointe II is a wonderful vacation property offering year round relaxation and world class activities. This 2 bedroom, 1400 sq ft condo features a new firm pillow top king bed in the master suite with a private balcony and two new queen beds in the over sized second bedroom. There is also a queen sleeper sofa in the Great Room. The kitchen features granite counter tops and a huge peninsula with additional seating for four. The first floor deck offers a new 4 burner gas grill with a side burner for lobster or shrimp boils. There is rattan outdoor seating for 4 with a small bistro table on the deck to enjoy the ocean breezes while watching the sunset over the Gulf of Mexico. There is a 42 inch flat screen plasmaTV with DVD player and video tape capability. Cable TV is provided with additional TV's in both bedrooms. The entire unit was updated with new paint, carpet, counter tops, beds and bedding and decorating in Aug of 2009! New Dock for boating and fishing.

  • Alll new pillow top mattesses and high thread count bedding was purchased in July of 2009! This is the only Gulf Pointe unit which has two queen beds in the second bedroom!

Notes: Unit includes FREE Wi-Fi high speed internet. Covered parking is available under the unit for boat trailers and up to additional 2 cars. Fishing off the dock is great with lots of ocean life to view including visiting manatees, rays, octopus, lobster, crabs, and many many fish! The grounds are beautifully maintained and features a very private heated pool. The unit is the closest to the dock, only 30 feet from the ocean.

You will love it here!: This is our second condo we have owned at Gulf Pointe. After traveling throughout the US and the world we have always found Marathon and the Keys to be our favorite place. We hope that you can be our guest to discover the treasures of the area. Gulf Pointe offers one of the the nicest property values in the Keys. Excellent dockage, fishing, a beautiful pool and grounds and only 20 units. The units are large - over 1400 sq ft with two huge wrap around decks. Gentle ocean breezes and great water views make this a great place to relax and unwind. The fishing from the dock is excellent. During our last visit we caught 4 pound mangrove snapper, hooked a 40 lb tarpon and numerous sharks. At night we watched lobster, rays, octopus and a wide variety of sea life. On two of the days we where visited by manatees.

Electronics include FREE Wi-FI high speed internet: The unit also has a new 42 inch plasma television in the great room and a 32 inch TV in the Master Suite.
