Around noon you can chose to have your light lunch (Italian ham and cheese, fresh bred, salad and one glass – or two - of red wine) in the spacious and fully equipped kitchen, under the portico’s shadow or under the gazebo close to the pool. Since the Villa La Valle is made out of two identical units (each can host max 5 people), if you are two families this is the best and easiest way of enjoying the life together with friends but keeping your private moments for you; or if you are all friends one unit could be occupied by those who like waking up earlier in the morning and the second unit for the others. In fact each unit is basically independent since there is one kitchen and one living room for each. You won’t miss experiencing the romantic sunset while seating at the pool with your drink and admire the breathtaking view over the valley.
Each Villa unit is offering wide spaces in the day area and two big bedrooms (one with double bed and one with double bed and single bed) and two bathrooms (shower and WC/Bidet) in the night area. Partially underground there are the garages and lavatories. We would like offering the most comfort to our guests so you will find sun beds and umbrellas at the pool, weekly bed linen and towels change, wash machines and dishwashers, SAT TV, etc.
If you need to feed your passion for architecture, medieval history and arts, then with Villa La Valle you will have chosen a location directly connected with one of the most fascinating areas of Central Italy, that is the eastern part of Tuscany and western of Umbria. In spring and autumn you will find little tourists and this is the period where this Region invites you for a “Soul”-vacation…if there are still some undiscovered and secret places to live then this is definitely one of them.
Umbria is worldwide recognized being on of the oldest wine region in Italy. We would like invite you to the discovery of the “Strada dei Vini Etrusco Romana“ (The Etruscan and Roman Wine Street). The Umbria’s “Wine Streets” are since years the heart of a new Art of Tourisms. These are tours which accompany you in our Region through the most important places where DOC wines („Denominazione di Origine Controllata“ is the highest quality designation for Italian wines) are produced and allow to you not only to learn about our most outstanding wines but also to know more about our culture, our places of interest and gastronomic products. The first settlements where we can find traces of wine culture are up to 2000 years old and since at that time, wines (flavour, colour, etc.) of the Orvieto area were characterised by the influence of the volcanic origin of our lands... would you like to learn more about Umbria's Wine Streets?
