Villa La Valle is a new house with swimming pool in one of the most well known medieval villages in Umbria, the village of Carnaiola. This villa is on a hill with a breathtaking view over the valley. It can be rent in two independent and identical parts. Each of the two parts of the villa has a large living room and kitchen, two bathrooms with shower and two bedrooms (one of them with a double and a single bed, the second bedroom with one double bed). The house is ideal for maximal 5 plus 5 people (max 5 people for each half). Each of the two parts has its own garage; the swimming pool is available for all the guests in the villa. There is a lot of space to have lunch and dinner outside and enjoy the wonderful position of the house, and everything else necessary to have a nice vacation full of relax. However Carnaiola is also in an ideal location to go for a trip to Florence or Rome (2 hours driving). The highway exit is only 5 km and the train station 3 km far away. From Carnaiola all the little towns in Umbria (Orvieto, Todi, etc.) and Tuscany (Montepulciano, Chianciano, Montalcino, Pienza, etc.) are very easy to reach.
