This is a beautiful attic apartment with an elevator in front of Porta Elisa, and accommodates 6 (+1) guests. The luxury flat is set on the third floor of an historic palazzo (city centre). It offers a very comfortable and modern living life style, including plasma TV, hi-fi, air conditioning, washing machine/tumble dryer, dishwasher, microwave and iron. There is reserved parking and bike rental is available nearby. This is a most peaceful and romantic environment. Maria Luisa is a very large comfortable attic, comprising, entrance, elegant lounge room. Fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, dining area for max 8 people, 3 double bedrooms and large bathroom with shower and hydro-massage bathtub. There is a baby’s cot available on request. The apartment has parquet floors and skylight windows.

Interesting itineraries such as, Florence 70 km, Le Cinque Terre 90km, Pisa 18 km, Siena, 85 km. are possible to visit in 1 day trip.
