Newly introduced in July 2009 and Independently awarded 5* status by VisitBritain tourist board. Cygnet House is a new design led purpose built luxurious development sited next to Royal Greenwich park. It is only a short walk from world class tourist attractions such as Cutty Sark, Maritime museum, Observatory, Naval College and Greenwich craft market. The River Thames with it’s river taxi and cruises is also close by as are historic pubs and restaurants in Greenwich and Blackheath. We are within walking distance of the 02 Dome ; Canary Wharf and the Excel Centre are also easily accessible. Excellent transport links make our apartment the ideal base for touriists. Central London in only a short hop away using your preferred mode of transport (boat, train, tube or DLR). Tower Bridge, Tower of London and Borough market are just 9 minutes by train.

We stayed in a 3 bedroom apartment with our two small children for a week in July 2009. It was beautifully furnished with a small but well equipped designer kitchen and modern dimmer controlled lighting throughout the entire apartment. Very luxurious. As the apartment was completely new there were a few initial problems however Surrinder (the owner) was interested and helpful and attempted to resolve them immediately. The location is fantastic, a nice river front walk into the heart of Greenwich and around the corner from the park, supermarket and train.

We thoroughly enjoyed staying in Greenwich at Cygnet House.
