Heavens Gate Grand Opening!!! Private secluded home on 14 acres with a seasonal creek, and beautiful rock outcroppings. Gorgeous views from large picture windows. Sit out on the 600+ square foot deck, and take in the scenery while you enjoy your morning coffee. Convenient location. Ten minuets to the town of Oakhurst for all your shopping needs. Oakhurst boasts some great eateries from breakfast, to bbq, to seafood, anything you may have a craving for. Also approx. 10 minuets to Bass Lake for all the fun water sports. Less than 20 miles to the South entrance of Yosemite, or the Mariposa Giant Grove. So much to see and do, if you want to. Or so very relaxing if you'd rather do nothing. Great well water. No need for bottled water here! We are one of the few in Oakhurst on a great water well. This home has been totally renovated, in- and out side, and is ready!!! You can expect new paint in and out, 3 new bathrooms with beautiful travertine tile, 2 jacuzzi tubs, hardwood.
