Bella Vista Acqua Villa Relax and enjoy the tranquility of this 'Beautiful Waterfront' villa that sits on a tip lot with 145 feet of water. It has been newly furnished to afford all the comforts of home. The sunny, spacious great room invites you to relax while enjoying TV or a movie on a LCD TV and DVD player. The kitchen comes fully equipped for either cooking-up a quick snack or a full course meal. Dine at the breakfast bar or kitchen nook with a beautiful view of two intersecting canals. The master suite has a comfortable queen-sized bed, LCD TV, and the en suite bath has a walk in shower. One guest bedroom has a queen-sized bed and the other guest room has twin beds. The both share the second bath. You can enter the newly built, over sized lanai through the sliders of the kitchen nook, great room, or master suite. Swim in the new custom pool and barbecue with family and friends.
