This home is situated on one of the most prestigious streets & tucked away behind a private gate with lush landscaped surroundings. This magnificent Spanish style home was built 1935, but went through extensive renovations. Stone floors, custom cabinetry, granite counter tops, designer lighting & fixtures, crown molding and arched doorways are just a few of the gorgeous new additions. Open any of the many french doors off the back of the house for extraordinary water views of the Intracoastal & Island of Palm Beach. This home is perfect for couple, groups or families. The home is just under 3,000 sq. ft. and divided into three separate living areas. Main house has 1 bedroom, 1.5 bathrooms, kitchen, dining room, living room, den & sitting room. There are two separate exterior guest suites. First guest suite has 1 bedroom & 1 bathroom. Second guest suite has 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom & sitting room.
