Our 46 sqm apartment is located on the first floor. It is comfortably furnished and there is room for 2-4 people. It has a large southern balcony with a magnificent view to the Alpspitze, the Waxenstein and the Kandahar ski-run in Garmisch-Partenkirchen. It has a small bedroom with one double bed, a living room with a large wardrobe and a sofa bed, also a new kitchen and a bathroom with shower and bath-tub.

By car: A7 to end of Autobahn direction Reute, Leermoos, Garmisch-Partenkirchen to Grainau or from Munich via A95 to end of Autobahn Eschenlohe to Garmisch-Partenkirchen and on direction Reute, Fernpass to Grainau (district Schmölz). By train: To Garmisch-Partenkirchen and then by the blue Eibsee-bus to 'An der Wiese'(bus-stop) or by train direction Reute to station Untergrainau (600 meters to walk) or by the Zugspitzbahn to station Hammersbach (700 m to walk).

Further details: Spas in Garmisch-Partenkirchen, casino, theatre, the international New Year's Ski Jump, World Cup Championships at the famous Kandahar ski-run (view from the flat). Modern indoor an outdoor swimming bath in Grainau; the famous Oberammergau passion-plays.

The ski-card includes the areas Garmisch-Partenkirchen, Seefeld, Erwald, Leermoos and Beerwang. With this card you can use 54 cable cars, railroads and lifts (including the Zugspitz railways), with 109 ski runs in 4 different altitudes (starting at 2,830 m). It offers all grades of difficulty including Super G and FIS. It is also ideal for snowboarders. There are alternatives for everyone, including 150 km of cross country tour routes, sledding, curling and skating.
