Located only 15 minutes away Montreal's downtown, 5 minutes from Atwater Market, this quiet condo is the perfect solution for anyone who wish to be near the city while having the comfort of a relaxed neighborhood. Ideal for a couple or family who wish to have the best of both world. Could also be the perfect spot for a temporary worker as the access to the nearby subway metro is only 3 minutes away by foot. Located at 3rd floor of a condo development, the condo has high ceilings with large mezzanine that acts as either a warm movie room or bedroom. We also have one terrace and two balconies for the spontaneous need of air. Sorts lovers will appreciate the cyclist trail that connects you to the St-Laurent river as well as the Canal Lachine, Old Montreal and Lasalle trails. Hours of fun! Washer, dryer, dishwasher, WiFi, cable, A/C are all included.
