Notes to the rental rates

• Rental rates in Euro per week, all included, with few exceptions as detailed below. Rental period is from Saturday 14:00 to Saturday 12:00. Rental rates include in house car park and use of heated large indoor pool, ski-fitness training equipment, table tennis. Electricity will be charged for sauna, laundry and dryer. Telephone rates will be charged according to time recorded of outgoing calls.
  
• Final room cleaning to be accomplished by tenant or by local cleaning service per order of tenant, will cost approximately 50 Swiss Francs.
  
• Visitor's tax is 1,80 Swiss Francs per day and person, to be paid directly to the local tourist office.

Skiing and Snowboarding

The apartment is located close to the ski-runs, the ski lifts are in walking distances of minutes or may in part be reached by skiing downhill from the apartment. There are 13 ski lifts in Les Collons reaching to sea levels of 2450 m. Fares are moderate, waiting in a queue is exceptionally rare. Ski-runs reach from easy to difficult. Access directly on ski to the adjacent ski arena of 'Les 4 Vallées' with its central village Verbier, with a total of 400 km of ski-runs, and the highest station at Mont Fort, 3300 m sea level. All equipment and sportswear may be hired from local shops.

Cross country skiing

A cross country ski-run starts at Les Collons, guiding you through forests and over sunny plateaus, located away from the downhill runs. Additional and longer cross country runs exist in the neighboured villages Siviez and Nendaz. Tracks are refreshed daily.

Summer activities

In summer the region is a high altitude hiking area, for beginners and advanced hikers. A chair lift is available to easily reach to an altitude of 2450 m. For example, a full day hiking tour will lead you to the Lac de Dix with the highest dam in Europe and a most impressive power station. On excursions with your car you will enjoy to explore the Rhone valley with its many historical sites, or to visit and walk along the spectacular Aletsch glacier near Riederalp.
