The studio apartment is located in a comfort class condominium house. It may accommodate up to 4 persons, but is ideally suited for 2 persons. It consists of - combined living and sleeping room, 28 square meters, with kitchenette, 2 double convertible beds (4 persons max), dining table (5 persons max). - bathroom with tub and WC. - large covered balcony (8 square meters) with morning sun and splendid view, dining table, sun shade and 2 deck chairs. The apartment is completely equipped: 4 ring electric kitchen stove with oven, raclette stove, refrigerator, coffee maker, flat iron, telephone, flat screen TV with DVD player, telephone, internet access, vacuum cleaner. In house facilities: - parking garage, - large indoor heated pool with separate children's pool, - sauna, fitness room with ski training equipment, table tennis room. - laundry room with electric washing and drying machines. - elevator to main entrance door.

Les Collons is an alpine village, in a dream location at 1800 m altitude, with panoramic mountain view including the Matterhorn. The region has the highest mean sunshine duration in Switzerland. Go for hiking and mountain sports in summer, and enjoy the skiing arena in winter time which is part of 'Les 4 vallées' around Verbier. Travel by car (recommended) or train to Sion, a charming historical town. Follow a winding mountain road for 20 km to reach Les Collons. Bring snow chains in winter.

Additional information about rental rates

  • Rental rates in Euro per week, all included, with few exceptions as detailed below. Rental period is from Saturday 14:00 to Saturday 12:00. Rental rates include in house car park and use of heated large indoor pool, ski-fitness training equipment, table tennis. Electricity will be charged for sauna, laundry and dryer. Telephone and Internet rates will be charged according to time recorded of outgoing calls.
  • Final room cleaning to be accomplished by tenant or by local cleaning service per order of tenant, will cost approximately 50 Swiss Francs.
  • The tenant is responsible for the final cleaning of the apartment (see hiring contract). The cleaning may be performed by the tenant, or by a local cleaning service per order of tenant, at a cost of approximately 80 Swiss Francs. Tenant has to order the local cleaning service, not later than Wednesday before departure, via the administrator, 'Thyon-Immobilier', at their office in Chalet 'Les Chevreuils' nearby.

    Visitor's tax is 1,80 Swiss Francs per day and adult person, for teenagers up to 16 years 0,90 SFr per day, and children 6 years are free. Please pay directly to the local Tourist Office, located next to Mont Noble.

Notes: A highlight of the Mont Noble condominium is its spacious indoor pool, 10 m long, 6,50 m wide and 2 m deep - this satisfies even the sportive swimmer! An appendix basin sized 4 m x 3 m is for non-swimmers. The pool is heated to 28 degrees Celsius. Rental rates for the apartment include all the in house resources, i.e. car park garage, heating, electricity, use of swimming pool, sauna, fitness room, table tennis. However, electricity will be charged for the washing and drying machines as well as for the sauna cabin (e.g. 2 Swiss Francs per Sauna course with up to 6 simultaneous users). Visitor's tax has to be paid directly to the local Tourist Office: Adults 1,80 Swiss Francs per day, children (6 to 16 years old) 0,90 Swiss Francs per day, children under 6 years are free. Skiing and Snowboarding: The apartment in Chalet Mont Noble is located close to the ski-runs, the ski lifts are within a walking distances of minutes or may in part be reached by skiing downhill from the apartment. There are 19 ski lifts to the hills located above Les Collons reaching to sea levels of 2450 m. Fares are moderate, waiting in a queue is exceptionally rare. Ski-runs reach from easy to difficult. Access is possible directly on ski to the adjacent ski arena of 'Les 4 Vallées' with its central village Verbier, with a total of 400 km of ski-runs, and the highest station at Mont Fort, 3300 m sea level. All equipment and sportswear may be hired from local shops.

Cross country skiing: A cross country ski-run starts at Les Collons, guiding you through forests and over sunny plateaus, located away from the downhill runs. Additional and longer cross country runs exist in the neighboured villages Siviez and Nendaz. Tracks are refreshed daily.

Summer activities: In summer the region is a high altitude hiking area, for beginners and advanced hikers. A chair lift is available to easily reach to an altitude of 2450 m. For example, a full day hiking tour will lead you to the Lac de Dix with the highest dam in Europe and a most impressive power station. On excursions with your car you will enjoy to explore the Rhone valley with its many historical sites, or to visit and walk along the spectacular Aletsch glacier near Riederalp.
