Need to get away from it all? Come to Montauk and relax in this 4 year old, 3600 SF house with water views. Enjoy gorgeous sunsets as well as the cozy evenings by the fire. Four comfortable bedrooms with brand new high thread count bedding and linens, a huge game room with a large seating area & 52' projection TV, ping pong table, integrated Bose sound system, 2 huge beach stone fireplaces, 3 tumbled marble baths (all with tubs), and a huge custom kitchen with gas and granite to cook that turkey. Many cozy nooks to curl up and read a book or play games. Cable TV & wireless internet included.

Additional information about rental rates

  • FALL-WINTER 2009-2010: 3 NIGHT MINIMUM $850/NIGHT
  • Typically, a signed lease, a security deposit ($1,500 weekly or $2,000 monthly) plus 50% of the rent is required to reserve this property. Balance and security deposit required 30 days prior to arrival date. Owner will provide a lease via email upon request. A $170 house (weekly) or $300 (monthly) cleaning fee is required. All utilities are included in weekly rentals. Longer term rentals will be charged for utilities. Weekly rentals are Saturday at 4pm and end the following Saturday at 11am.
    Personal checks can be accepted if received more than 2 weeks in advance of rental otherwise a bank check will be necessary.
    Security Money will be deposited to an escrow account until approx 14 days after lease term is over, at which time a refund will be issued.

Property Location: The House is located in the Soundview section of Montauk which is within walking distance to the Harbor area, by Gosman's Dock. You can easily walk to 2 area Sound beaches, at least 1/2 dozen great restaurants, many lovely shops, Ben & Jerry's, the Montauk ferry terminal, and several local watering holes. Walk to the ferry and watch local fisherman bring in the catch of the day or charter your own fishing boat. Take the ferry for a day trip to Block Island or hire a sailboat for a fabulous sunset. Plenty to do on foot or bike!
