This wonderful vacation retreat with 7 bedrooms & 5 bathrooms was built in 2005 with modern details and unique features. The villa is located only 2 miles away from the famous Strip. Sitting in the spa, you and your guests will enjoy a view of the whole Las Vegas Blvd: starting with Mandalay Bay and ending with Stratosphere Casino. The property has a total of 7000 sq. feet decorated with passion and style. In the main villa we have 6 bedrooms/4 Bathrooms and in the Casita (located 5 yards from the Main villa) we have 1 bedroom and 1 bathroom. All of the bedrooms are spacious with an warm welcoming feeling throughout. The kitchen has all top of the line stainless steel appliances, wine cooler, granite countertops, beautiful flooring, a bar area. The villa has plenty of flat screen TVs for those guests that want to enjoy them every day. The game area comes with a brand new pool table and a poker table.
