This spacious Mediterranean villa is located near the northern tip of the island in Westpunt which is adjacent to Malmok, Tierra Del Sol’s PGA golf course. This Villa can be reserved either as a 3 bedroom or 4 bedroom vacation property. The home is approximately one mile from the ocean and 1.5 miles to the Marriott High Rise Hotels, and Boca Catalina & Arishi Beaches. Enjoy magnificent sunset views from the 2nd level deck. The upstairs master bedroom and deck overlook the tropical garden and pool . The ground level master bedroom opens up directly to the pool area and has gorgeous views of the garden, The four bedroom, four bath villa (including a large lock off studio), sleeps a maximum of 12 people. We stayed at this home 1/16-1/23 and it was absolutely perfect. All of the amenities, great pool and deck area. The house was spacious and had all of the comforts of home. Easy walk or run to the beach and just a short drive to the High Rise area with American fare. Francious was a great host and manager and arranged to meet us at the house. He also has access to other needs like babysitters etc.

We highly recommend this home.

Absolutely Beautiful

This is our 3rd year renting a villa in Aruba and it's the best way to go. This by far was the best! The property itself is located in a very upscale area near beautiful homes. The landscaping perfect, the pool and grounds very clean, a gas barbeque also provided. The house itself very spacious, the home tastefully decorated with new furniture. The bedrooms very spacious with new furniture plenty of drawer space and closet space. The bathrooms very new and clean with an abundance of towels, beach towels. There is also a spacious laundry room with washer and dryer. The kitchen's is so overly equipped. The dining room has a large table to accomodate 10-12 people. The home as an alarm system and safe. Francois the housekeeper was amazing. Very friendly, very welcoming, very attentive to our needs and very helpful with any questions and concerns we may have. The house was very very clean upon arrival. We were provided with beach chairs which was a blessing. The past homes we rented did not provide us with beach chairs costing us $5.00 US per chair each day and with 8 of us travelling that can become very expensive. Aruba truly is our choice of travel destination. The home is 100% a return property. Love it, absolutely loved it. The Mammoliti's & Papadopolous Family

Great Value

We just got back from Aruba 11/26/09 and stayed in this fantastic Villa. Everything we needed was within arms reach. True luxury accomodations at a fair price. We enjoyed having lunch in the gazebo, firing up the grill and swimming in the pool.

Overall we had a great stay. Played tennis, went to the several beaches, visited depalm island (a must do if you have kids) and did the jeep tour. Would definitely stay in this Villa again if it is available.
